Please be aware that you do not need a formal diagnosis to seek therapy. Any question about yourself, any troubling experience, recurring pattern, or daily struggle is a fully valid reason to reach out for support. Therapy is a space for anyone looking to understand the deeper structures of their life and find clarity. Clinical challenges and psychological distress manifest differently for everyone. Whether you are navigating a specific diagnosis, processing an overwhelming life transition, or simply trying to make sense of a personal barrier that leaves you feeling stuck, I offer a safe space.
Working through generalized anxiety, chronic worry, specific phobias (fear of flying, social fears, spaces etc) and the intense somatic experiences of panic, helping you understand what your anxiety is attempting to signal.
Providing support through periods of profound sadness, feelings of depression, suicidal thoughts, loss of meaning, chronic fatigue and/or overwhelming emotions.
Navigating the exhausting cycles of intrusive thoughts, structural rituals, and compulsions to build a more stable, manageable daily life. Navigating imposter syndrome, and the need for absolute control.
Adressing the modern pressures of overwork, expat exhaustion, and the collapse of work-life boundaries before they lead to deeper emotional depletion.
Processing deep-seated traumatic experiences, acute stress responses, and the historical patterns that continue to disrupt your present-day safety.
Adressing emotional suffering that manifests physically, including somatic tension.
Supporting adults and adolescents in managing executive dysfunction, emotional dysregulation, and navigating a world built for neurotypical structures.
Providing a highly respectful, non-judgmental space tailored to the unique sensory, social and structural processing needs of autistic individuals.
Working sensitively with complex relationships to food, body image, control, and the underlying emotional distress localized within the body.
Offering long-term, structural therapy to navigate unstable self-image, intense relational patterns, chronic emotional dysregulation, and fear of abandonment.
Providing a grounding, stabilizing space to manage the intense cycles of highs and lows, helping you find structural balance and sustainable rhythms in daily life.
Providing a safe, stabilizing, and highly specialized therapeutic space for individuals navigating psychosis, unshared realities or profound disorganization.
I support clients navigating relationship conflicts, identity crises, expatriate displacement, grief and general feelings of being "stuck" in life. I work with people who find themselves trapped in the exact same toxic relationship dynamics, friendship breakups, or career cycles over and over again.
For who?
Mental health challenges manifest differently at different stages of life. My practice offers specialized, sensitive suport tailored to following groups:
Adults
Whether dealing with career burnout, relationship patterns, anxiety or the unique isolation that sometimes accompanies moving abroad, we work together to uncover the deeper structures behind these struggles.
Teenagers or adolescents
Navigating the intense transitions of youth, identity formation, school pressures and expat adaptation can feel overwhelming. I offer a stable and non-judgemental space where they can express themselves safely.
Older adults
Later life brings profound tansitions, retirement, changes in physical health, grief, or reflecting on one's life narrative. I provide an environment to process these life stages and find meaning.
Parents & Children
Moving countries and adapting to a new culture can place unique stress on family bonds. I work with both parents and their children to navigate behavioral or emotional struggles, and strengthen the foundational relationships within the home. This includes exploring family dynamics, helping parents and children understand the underlying patterns or communication barriers that can develop within the home.
Couples
Moving abroad, cultural transitions, daily pressures can test even the strongest bonds. I help couples uncover the deeper, unspoken dynamics at play, and rebuild a shared foundation of emotional safety and clear communication.
